Payment Options
We accept Debit, MasterCard, Visa or cash.

We currently offer direct billing for Canada Life, Canada Life - PSHCP, D.A. Townley, Industrial Alliance, Pacific Blue Cross, Manulife Financial, RCMP and VAC. Currently, two of our therapists offer direct billing services for ICBC.

For other third party insurers, on your receipt you will find your therapist's full name and registration number - all of the information you should need to submit your receipt for reimbursement

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the missed appointment's cost.

Late cancellation fees will not be charged for patients that develop symptoms of illness, and contact the clinic, within the 24 hour cancellation window.

PLEASE NOTE: fees for missed appointments or late cancellations cannot be billed to your health insurance provider. Insurance fraud can come in many different shapes and sizes, and this is one of them! Any receipts that you receive for a late cancellation or missed appointment fee will clearly state that the amount paid is for a "no show" fee. Don't jeopardize those beloved benefits!

Tipping

In British Columbia, your Registered Massage Therapist is considered a primary healthcare provider. Just as you wouldn’t tip your doctor, dentist or optometrist, tips will not be accepted by your RMT. The Registered Massage Therapists Association of BC sets our recommended fee schedule, and we are well paid for our time and expertise.

Monetary tips will be refused, and/or added to your patient profile as credit for your next treatment.

While we appreciate you wanting to show your appreciation for the care that we have provided you with, the best “tip” that you can give is referring your friends and family to us!
