As you may see different therapists at our clinic, your clinical records will be viewable by all of the therapists here. None of your personal information is ever shared with any outside parties, without your written consent. Whether it be your family doctor, surgeon, another healthcare practitioner, or an ICBC adjuster or lawyer, your written consent is required before we will approve any sharing of files.
